Hey, y'all. I'm Lauren.
I'm twenty-something. Much closer to thirty-something then I'm comfortable with. I tell everyone that I'm still twenty-two. That's a lie. Sorry guys!
I met my husband in high school, and we started dating my sophomore year of college.
My husband played football, and coached until recently. Football is kind of a religion in our house.
We got married in December, 2009. I was lucky enough to have a dear friend and amazing photographer rolled in to one package. You should check out The Roaring Artist.
I started at my "big girl job" as a speech-language pathologist in October, 2010.
We found out we were expecting our first child on Valentine's Day, 2011.
Hadley Claire graced us with her presence/was evicted from my uterus on October 3, 2011.
And then in May, 2012, I was SHOCKED to find out I was pregnant AGAIN.
Emmalyn Reese (also evicted from my uterus) joined us on January 8, 2013.
This blog is just the story of a working mom with an awesome husband trying to navigate two under two and maintain some shred of dignity.
